Fixed with "Recover a site" from SP1 setup.

After upgrading SCCM 2012 to Service Pack 1 I encountered this problems: - cannot delete any Application (Software Library -> Application Management -> Applications). I press delete and nothing happens - When I try to Create Custom Client Device Settings when I select some of the categories (example: Computer Agent) I get a .Net Error with the following details: full error is in attachment Suggestions ? neterr.txt
