  1. Hi all, I'm having an issue with OSD in SCCM 2012 since I updated our site to SP1. I have a Windows XP image that gets caught up during the setup of the configuration manager client step of the task sequence. I reach a screen that states "an application is requesting access to a protected item" and references the file TSMBootstrap.exe within the CCM folder. There is an area to type a password for said protected media, but I have no idea what that is supposed to be or why I'm receiving this prompt all of a sudden, so I cannot complete the deployment. Before the service pack, this task sequence ran without issue. I also have a current Windows 7 x64 task sequence that runs without experiencing this problem at all. Any ideas? P.S. Command support is enabled on the task sequence. I've looked for the smsts.log file in this instance, but I think the task sequence reaches a point far enough along that that log file isn't available to me. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
