SCCM 2012 Loop when booting from CD

I am having an issue with the Task Sequence. We are booting from the CD and all goes well. It loads the image and then does a restart. If we leave the CD in, It boots from the CD and goes through the setup again and then error codes 0x80070490. If we eject the CD it tries to net boot and after hitting F12 we get a blue screen with Recovery our PC needs to be repaired. If we do nothing we get Error 1962 No operating System Found. Press any key to repeat boot sequence. We are in this loop any ideas or suggestions? Thanks
