Failed to Run Task Sequence ( SCCM2012 )

Hi, It's my first time in this Forum.Someone can help me with this issue. Failed to run Task Sequence i have a problem with SPA00002 ( Configuiration Manager client Package) I saw that this package is in Distribution point, but when task sequence is running then appear this error message Failed to run Task Sequence Thanks
