Experiencing the exact same thing. I am being told that it is a bug, but they wont say any more than that.

We have been experiencing the exact same problem for months. I have had support looking at it and they just do not seem to think it is a problem because the program reports that the updates are installed. My hope is that once we convert over to SCCM for patching that this problem will resolve itself.
