  1. Hi keety thanks for the reply. I figured part of this out, it was my half assed attempt at enabling HTTPS, basically what I did to rectify this was the following. I noticed in component status SMS_MP_CONTROL_MANAGER was showing critical, Looking further it was showing a problem with IIS and indeed i needed to edit bindings in IIS Manager to add the certificate to HTTPS protocol. Once I did this it loaded passed pxe and into the boot image. The problem now is the TS fails with what look like certificate related errors. Fairly new to the installation/setup side of SCCM so finding stuff out as I go along! This is the SMSTSLog file from the client thats failing the TS In SSL, but with no client cert InstallSoftware 17/02/2014 15:19:17 1496 (0x05D8) [TSMESSAGING] AsyncCallback(): ----------------------------------------------------------------- InstallSoftware 17/02/2014 15:19:17 1496 (0x05D8) [TSMESSAGING] AsyncCallback(): WINHTTP_CALLBACK_STATUS_SECURE_FAILURE Encountered InstallSoftware 17/02/2014 15:19:17 1496 (0x05D8) [TSMESSAGING] : dwStatusInformationLength is 4 InstallSoftware 17/02/2014 15:19:17 1496 (0x05D8) [TSMESSAGING] : *lpvStatusInformation is 0x10 InstallSoftware 17/02/2014 15:19:17 1496 (0x05D8) [TSMESSAGING] : WINHTTP_CALLBACK_STATUS_FLAG_CERT_CN_INVALID is set InstallSoftware 17/02/2014 15:19:17 1496 (0x05D8) [TSMESSAGING] AsyncCallback(): ----------------------------------------------------------------- InstallSoftware 17/02/2014 15:19:17 1496 (0x05D8) Error. InstallSoftware 17/02/2014 15:19:17 1496 (0x05D8) This is strange because I was getting a similar error in the SMSPXE.log file before and I re-enrolled the cert and added the FQDN of the server into the common name and it seemed to work. Now i get a similar error about the CN being invalid, bit stuck now! Any suggestions, anyone?
  2. Hello Recently PXE boot has stopped on our SCCM 2012 R2 server, below is an excerpt from the SMSPXE.log file, this seems to repeat its self as client attempts to pick up an IP address at PXEboot. I recently attempted to configure HTTPS on the DP and the MP but hit this error so set these back to HTTP but the error remains, can anyone offer any suggestions please? cannot connect with winhttp; 80072ee5 SMSPXE 17/02/2014 14:00:12 3584 (0x0E00) Failed to get information for MP: . 80072ee5.
