  2. Hello, I am in the process of evaluating SCCM 2012 R2 for my organization. I currently SCCM with MDT setup in a test environment and working. In my test environment I currently have lite touch OS deployments working. I would like to be able to tell a workstation to update or refresh in a Zero touch deployment, but I am just unsure on how to create/edit task sequences to accomplish this for the following environment scenarios. Scenario 1: I would like to be able to have SCCM completely wipe a workstation without backing up any kind of user data. This environment would be used in Labs where we do not need to backup or store any user data. this is where the Zero Touch OS deployment would be nice. Scenario 2: I would like to be able to have SCCM do the same as Scenario 1 but backup the user data. I kind of have this working not sure if I did it correctly. Any links or advice that anyone has would be greatly appreciated Thank you ~Zero
