Under Computer Management > All Users > and then selecting my desktop. It still says "No" under Client. If I could get some step by step instructions on how to get the Config Manager to communicate with my WinXP machine that would be great. I've followed all the guides but I still cant get any kind of response from my test client computer, whats the deal. And all this is assuming that my Config Manager Console is setup correctly.

I'm using my personal computer as a test (which has windows XP). I tried running through the Microsoft steps "How to Install Configuration Manager Clients Using Client Push", and that doesnt seem to be working. It still says No Client under Computer Management. How do I manually install the client if i cant push it through the server? I'm pretty sure that I have my SCCM setup properly but what else needs to be done so my test computer can get the test firefox package?

Ok hi guys, So I got SCCOM 07 installed on a Win2k3 Server, like everyone else I followed the guides and did every step. Right now I’m stuck at the software deployment part. I'm trying to push out firefox as a test like in the posting but it’s not working. I'm pretty sure that I have SCCM setup right, got the package up, distribution points are good. However what do I do now at this point, my windows xp clients aren’t getting any kind of notification about a firefox package? Am I missing a step or something?
