Hi,
I am running SCCM 2007 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise server.
The 800GB drive that I keep the images on is near capacity.
The actual image folder containing images (wim files) is only using 160GB of the 800GB.
I am unsure what I can trim to free up space.
The following folders are rather large and I don't what they are used for:
SMSPKG (143GB)
SMSPKGD$ (169GB)
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Vida Aceves

Just a quick message to say that I have finally got this working.
Thank you for your advice.
I now have another issue, although I suspect this is easier to resolve.
The task sequence bombs out with the following error:
It is not supported to deploy an x86 architecture OS from a amd64 boot image ApplyOperatingSystem 1/14/2010 11:03:59 AM 1432 (0x0598)
Hello,
How did you resolve the problem? I am receiving these errors? HELP

Just extract the files and put them in the Updates folder. Next time you will install Office 2007, the SP2 will be applied.
Do I delete the current SP1 files in the Update folder before copying over the 9 extracted files from Office 2007 SP2? Or do I leave both SP1 & SP2 together?
Thanks,
Vida
