SCCM Software Updates fail with "Scan failed with error = 0x80244022"

Hello, if I want to Update my Clients over SCCM the WUAHandler.log shows me the Error "Scan failed with error = 0x80244022". I have tried this: http://tuxpiekiesccm.blogspot.de/2015/09/windows-updates-failed-0x80244022.html But the problem still exist. Also I have reinstalled SUP and WSUS with no luck. Can anyone Help me please? Thank you.
