I also had this problem and did some research. 2016-10-10 12:48:33, Error SYSPRP Package Microsoft.FreshPaint_3.1.10156.0_x86__8wekyb3d8bbwe was installed for a user, but not provisioned for all users. This package will not function properly in the sysprep image. 2016-10-10 12:48:33, Error SYSPRP Failed to remove apps for the current user: 0x80073cf2. so what i did was uninstall the the Extra Cartoon apps. once i did that I reran the image file and started capturing the new image.
