@lanamor thank you for the reply to this post...I've literally spent the last couple of months troubleshooting this as well as burning one of our support incidents with MSFT....all to no avail. I followed your suggestion above, adding a new boundary based on AD Site, associated the site server and added this new boundary to the existing boundary group and BOOM...fixed the problem. All of my boundaries prior to this were based on IP subnet as well. Thanks again!!!
