hello all,
i'm hoping that someone can help.
I have SMP setup in SCCM CB.
i'm running into an issue where USM OSD is failing at 'Request User State Storage' step.
Number of local SMP's = 0
Remote DP options = No
Retrieving SMP list succeededLooking for UsersList
User List is empty in MigrationInfo from MP.
List of RestoreClientIDs include GUID:xxxxx
List of Users include ''.
Successfully processed response from MP.
Contacting available state migration points to service capture request
!saSMPList.empty(), HRESULT=80004005 (smpclient.cpp,1558)
No state migration points are available to service request.
pClientRequestToSMP->Execute(migInfoFromMP.saSMPs), HRESULT=80004005 (smpclient.cpp,2702)
ExecuteCaptureRequestToSMP(migInfoFromMP), HRESULT=80004005 (smpclient.cpp,2757)
ExecuteCaptureRequest(), HRESULT=80004005 (main.cpp,76)
OSDSMPClient finished: 0x00004005
ExecuteCaptureRequestSMP failed (0x80004005).
ExecuteCaptureRequest failed (0x80004005).
searching the inter-web led me to the existence of 'Fallback Boundary Group Relationships' for a set boundary group which turns out to be the case because when i disable the relationships the deployment process the 'Request User State Storage' with no issue.
now my question is, is there some sort of logic, variable that i can include as a task sequence step that would IGNORE 'Fallback Boundary Group Relationships' entries for a set boundary group for the State Migration Point?
thank you in advance for any and all help.
