I am now able to view the website, but only if I go to the fqdn address: http://sccmtest.mydomain.org/cmsoftwarecatalog/ However the link provided in the Software Center takes me to http://sccmtest/cmsoftwarecatalog/Default.aspx, which gives me the 404 error. I'm not sure where I went wrong. Maybe I should start over. I'm trying to create the Software Catalog website, but it's not working. I followed the Windows-noob guide to the letter, but when I go to ../cmsoftwarecatalog/default.aspx I get HTTP 404 Not Found. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I got it working. I uninstalled and removed all the reg keys and any folders left over in appdata and program data, and there was an mmc config file I renamed. What's strange is I tried customizing the console, but the settings would never stick.

Recently I attempted to make a custom console that removed the OS deployment node. But now, my main Configuration Manager Console I installed on my Windows 7 workstation also will not display the OS deployment node. I've completely uninstalled/reinstalled the console but that node still will not show. When I launch the console on my SCCM server, it looks normal with all the nodes present. Is there a way to get it back? Thanks
