I am trying to deploy SQL2008 with SP1 slipstreamed as a package.
The package deploys to the target server with no issues, but it then runs the installer.
At this point the system just sits there for a long time then fails.
The installer wants you to acknowledge that SP1 must be installed after the installer completes.
Is there a way to auto answer the installer so app will run with out intervention?
Also I have not been able to get the installer to auto deploy and run installer.
have had to run from the System Configuration client window.
Any ideas?
