    Got it - checked all Capture network settings, created a OSDcomputername varible task, seems I had it in the wrong order.

    Hello, Have SCCM in place for packages and and utilize OSD for imaging and deployment. All PC's are currently XP. We will be migrating them to Win 7. In testing, I am having trouble with the PC keeping its current name. I have the task sequence set to migrate domain membership in capture network settings. I have a generic unattend.xml file on the captured image but it prompts for the computer name. Utimatley I would like to push out the new Win7 image to all current XP images, keeping the same name and domain membership. What would be the best way to accomplish this? Script? modify the unattend? Thanks for any suggestions.
