I am not seeing any problems in the log file. It seems to install correctly. But in the console the client is still showing as not installed. Here is the what is contained in the log file. Hi, I am unable to push clients from the Console. I am using a domain admin account and I set up the client install exactly how it was done in the guide. Where would I find the log file on why the client is not pushing? Thanks

Peter, I am not trying to do a deployment to this system. They already have OS on them. I just would like to install the client and then test pushing applications. Unfortunatly it will not let me install the client to unknown machines. Thanks

Hi, I am new to SCCM, and have a few questions on unknown computers. I just went through the guides and installed SCCM and ran the AD system discovery. I am wondering why a few of the machines in my lab are coming up as unknown. I have made sure the firewalls are off. I have one that says unknown computer x86, and one with unknown computer x64. The domain controller and the SCCM box come up fine. I can not install the clients on any of the machines that are unknown to test apps, and updates. FYI, one is a XP box and one is a Server 2008 box. Please assist Thanks
