Remote desktop problem

Question

I have recently deployed SC Config Manager clients across 200 XP workstations, but for some reason I'm not able to sucessfully start remote desktop seesion with few PC's. All the PC's have exactly same settings and CCM client is well installed on all of them. Strange thing is that If I login as admin on those PC's, they can be taken over via remote desktop, but if a normal user logges in on the same PC then it just doesnt accept the connection.

Help!

Make sure that your user is a member of the local group called: "Remote Desktop Users" on each client.

what error msg are you getting?

Hi, the error message i get is - Remote agent failed to start. I get that a few seconds after it tries to make a connection with the client PC. I also tried your solution to add the user in local group Remote Desktop Users but that did not help.
