How to clear Software Updates list

Hi

I have run a software updates sync with the Windows 7/10 products ticked under the component properties but I had a few other things ticked as well that i wasn't aware of which means I now have a large list of updates to filter through. I haven't downloaded any of them but I would just like to clear the list and run a new full sync with just Windows 10 selected. When i tried this it still had all the other updates from the previous sync containing windows 7 etc. Is there a way to start this process again? I even tried deselecting all products and run a sync but that didn't appear to work either. 

All i want to do is try and integrate all the windows 10 updates into my vanilla Windows 10 Pro wim.
