SCCM client unable to see site code

Question

Dear All,

Currently I am having an issue with some PCs that appear in my SCCM All System Collection. These PCs are located in our overseas office and they are domain joined via thru a device which allow them to VPN back to our AD server.

I am able to discover them thru AD but yet unable to display the site code in the collection.

I had setup the boundaries according to the subnet IP.

eg IP Address of the client: 193.168.33.145

IP subnet set in the boundaries: 193.168.33.0

I tried pushing the client but was unsuccessful and couldn't find any record of the PC serial number inside CCM.log. I am able to VNC and RDP to the PC.

Please advise how should I troubleshoot to resolve this issue.

Thanks in advance for any solution or help given.

Do you have the admin rights to access the admin$ to install the SCCM client ? check the client push installation account permission rights also do you see any errors in ccm.log whether it is able to connect to admin$ to install the Client?
