We used to have WSUS installed on one of our site servers and setup within SCCM. Since WSUS has been removed on the site server and the role was removed from SCCM on the site server.
However machines and update details remained in Software Updates on SCCM.
Anyway I have since installed WSUS on the same site server as before and reconfigured the site role as SUP in SCCM. However when in software updates the total number of machines it is reporting is 8520. Whilst SCCM is reporting 9482 (XP clients) and WSUS is reporting 6900 clients. Where is the Software Update in SCCM getting this number from the old WSUS setup we had? Also is there anyway I can remove these to get the same number as WSUS?
