Additional Domain Controller IP configuration

Question

Hello to all,

I have a domain controller, then I added a second one (additional DC); I'm just wandering what's the correct configuration for the primary DNS server and alternative DNS server; I mean witch ip should be first one for the additional dc, the loopback address or the ip address of the first dc?

Right now I changed the order of ip's on the additional dc; I've put the localhost address to be the primary then the ip of the first dc to be alternative, so that the additional dc will not forward traffic to the firs one.

Thanks

As long as its a DNS server it should always have itself as primary DNS, secondary can be the other AD controller or any other dns you want to use
