client push ?

Hi Everyone,

 

I m stucked

 

 

installed sccm 2007

on server 2008 standard

 

I have 1 client W7 added

I see him into all systems @ config mngr

but he wont push the client into it

 

maybe I forgot something?

I want to start deploy software to the client to get customized with packages etc...

but the client wont install

I followed the link with vista client

but as well I dont see nothing happening?

 

where exactly I can find the logs

or check what exactly is wrong here

Do I need to apply hotfixes for this ?

what about =>

After install wimgapi, ccmsetup.exe copy and delete client.msi repeteadly, but no install the client. This is log for result:??? didnt saw this in config SCCM 2007

I would start with looking at the ccm.log at the server.

I found it

was a problem with my network settings for the client...found in the logs it couldnt connect etc...thanks

 

now the client is installed on the W7 client vm machine!

 

I tried the tutorial to push Firefox to this client(in fact to all systems) no succes

When I open on the client in control panel

"Run Advertised Programs"

it doesnt appear

 

any suggestions here?

does the client need to have acces on internet?

I suggest no but I m quite desperate ..so just asking

That's the execmgr.log... that means the client is already installed...

yes the client is fine... installed !!

 

but now I want to deploy Firefox to this client W7

 

everything done as in the tutorial

rechecked

 

which logs I can check to get for the failed component of SCCM ?

 

anyone had this problem?
