How to correctly configure RDS?

Hey All,

 

Currently trying to configure RDS well more specifically RDWA so that i can use App-V and RemoteApp. However i think im doing something wrong. Does anyone know of or could write a step-by-step guide for this? I've gone through a bunch of MS stuff i seem to just be missing something. Everything is working internally however it's just plain and simply not working externally!
