PXE-E55 Proxy DHCP Service did not reply to request on port 4011

friend posted a question in Windows Deployment Services

Hi I want to deploy Window from WDS server the WDS server is in seperate DHCP server and I configured DHCP option 60=PXEClient,66=ip wds server,67=boot\x86\pxeboot.com and dhcp relay agent for forward packets of diffrent subnet,too the client catch ip from dhcp server but it recived below message: PXE-E55 Proxy DHCP Service did not reply to request on port 4011 how can i fix it?
