Any other possible solutions here? I'm experiencing this problem and updating the DPs does nothing.

Hi all, really hoping someone can help me here - been pulling my hair out trying to get XP to deploy via SCCM for a while now but not having much joy. Bit of background - I'm trying to use a wim image that was originally used to deploy via MDT on a different (succesfully), and have also installed Workbench on my SCCM server and integrated it with ConfigMgr. I have set up a Task Sequence via "Create Microsoft Task Sequence" and am trying to deploy to a Dell Latitude E5420 (with AHCI mode enabled). Here are the problems I'm encountering... 1) The Task Sequence fails just after the image is applied with a 0x80070490 error. I have come to the assumption that this is something to do with the sysprep.inf file I'm using (copied from the original MDT build), because when I take it away the deployment continues. 2) However, after the laptop reboots and begins the mini Windows installtion, it simply hangs on the blue screen with the Windows logo on top and doesn't seem to want to proceed to the next step. Any ideas what I can try next? Is building with an MDT image advisable? I tried to capture a fresh image on a virtual machine but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Thanks all!
