  1. We've just solved it. You need to delete the C:\MDINT directory from the client machine. So let it boot into windows and delete that directory as this holds info relating to the task sequence. You can then re-deploy Windows via MDT.
  2. Hi folks, This is my first post so please bear with me. This is my environment. 1 x Forest Root DC with Win2008 R2 SP1 1 x MDT Server with MDT 2010 and WDS running Win2008 R2 SP1 1 x Technician laptop with Windows 7 x86 SP1 and WAIK PE3.1 I am currently deploying Windows 7 x86 to another laptop. I start the PXE boot and the laptop builds into Windows 7 and completes. I am not deploying any packages. This at the moment is a very basic answer file with a few skips such as the welcome screen etc. This all works. Great!... However the problem occurs when I want to change my answer file and try rebuilding the laptop again. It PXE boots into MDT and then just reboots back into Windows without re deploying the image. However if I try building a new stations that hasn't already had an MDT deployment it builds no problem. Also even if I don't change my answer file it does exactly the same. Does anyone have an answer to this? I'm pulling my hair out.
