Update, I've tried now installed Server 2008 R2 Data Center and got the same errors... has this guide worked for everybody? I mean has no one seen this issue in VMWare?

I can reinstall a different one but that is what I thought was in the guide?

Server 2008 R2 Enterprise SP1

This is first print screen of when I finish installing DC and DNS following the guide.

Guys will try to be as concise as possible. For the last three days I have been trying to get the server install guide to work be each and every time I can't even get past the DC\DNS setup as all I get are errors. I have print screens of the errors that will follow below. If anyone has seen this please help me as I need to get SCCM 2007 running to get familar for my job and at the moment I can't even get Server 2008 R2 to work other than run as an OS that has IE abilities!
