  1. We currently have SCCM 2012 RTM and have Primary Site in the US and a Secondary Site in the Middle East, we want to setup a Distribution Point on a second Middle East office. The thought is to have this Distribution Point assigned to the existing Secondary Site as their network connection is pretty reliable but very unrelaible to the Primary Site. My question is will the Distribution Point get all of it's connect from the Secondary Site and not the Primary Site, especially during the original setup. If the Distribution site will perform it's initial content replication from the primary and not the Secondary then we could just build it in the US and ship it to it's home.
  2. So we have an SCCM RC2 Primary Site (SCCMPS1) with a separate SQL server (SCCMSQL). We would like to install WSUS on a remote server, will the following steps work: 1. Install WSUS on a remote server (SCCMWSUS) and point the database to SCCMSQL 2. Create new Site System Server (SCCMWSUS) with the SUP role and make it the active software point. Will this work or do we have to set SCCMPS01 as the active software update point? Also will the updates be stored on SCCMPS01 or SCCMWSUS if SCCMWSUS is setup as the remote WSUS server?
