  1. I am using a GPO to deploy the Sccm 2012 client v5.00.7804.100. The agents gets deployed fine, but the pc does not get moved into the its appropriate memebership group, the required application don't show up in the software console and the Endpoint Protection client does not get installed automatically. If i do a manual client install then everything gets installed and the pc is then associated with the right group in the console. What needs to be done, in order to get the endpoint protection client to install via the GPO too?
  2. Sorry, i was inquiring about using the "User data and Profiles" feature of SCCm 2012 SP1 for Windows 7 computers.
  3. Is there no chance of using sccm 2012's folder redirection functionality from the "Enable User Data and Profiles" section?
  4. Is there a way within SCCM 2012 to tell if a user is currently logged into a machine, without having to use remote control?
  5. I am trying to create a collection to target Laptops for the "EndPoint Protection Managed Laptops" and the following is the query that i am using: select SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceID,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceType,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Name,SMS_R_SYSTEM.SMSUniqueIdentifier,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceDomainORWorkgroup,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Client from SMS_R_System inner join SMS_G_System_SYSTEM_ENCLOSURE on SMS_G_System_SYSTEM_ENCLOSURE.ResourceID = SMS_R_System.ResourceID where SMS_G_System_SYSTEM_ENCLOSURE.ChassisTypes in ( "8", "9", "10", "14" ) But my collection remain empty and I have another WIndows 7 collection that shows laptops and desktops in it. Can someone enlighten me, as to what i am missing? Thanks, in advance.
