  2. Ok so after poking around here and in google in general for a while im fairly sure how I broke it.... Situation, I have a windows 2008 member server running Vanilla WDS, (im getting the idea it can be part of a larger package system center sms something or other) I used my sever to image a workstation then i was going to go in and Update my image and try to recapture it (probably wont work any ways but still). Upon trying to boot up to the PXE to run the capture image it refuses to finish the DHCP part seemingly. and will not boot to PXE, After pulling much hair and double checking my server I tryed to boot to a virtual machine, it boots fine as an Unknown machine (the key here i think) When i deploy my custom image its not really adding it to the domain because its running in audit mode so i can recapture later if i want, So i deleted the computer that was added to my AD (domainadmin1 i think it called itself) That was my mistake, i duplicated the issue on my virtual machine by deleting the created computer, it seems to boot fine if its an Unknown computer or a Known computer listed in AD but not if it is removed from the AD I cannot add the computer back and edit the GUID that i can see. Ive run into references to the WDS Cache but clearing this out seems to be related to the other add ons which i do not have (sms or system. How can i get my system to like me and boot back up into PXE? Ive also had a few computers in the past i couldn't boot with similar situations which in hind sight i probably deleted it too. Thanks
