  1. OK I think I solved it at last, since it's a workgroup computer I had to define subnet boundaries and assign them to my boundaries group. edit: and I was too fast announce the good news. After creating subnet boundaries and assigning them to my boundaries group I still get same errors. Also enabled anonymous logon on DP properties, but still same error when trying to install to workgroup computers.
  2. I am able to ping msccm server from winPE by FQDN and by NetBios name, so I don't think network is the problem, also adding storage driver package before installing applications did not change a thing..
  3. 4. Got further, now I get error when trying to install 1 of 2 applications - 0x800706ba
  5. Seems I moved a little further, now I see installing applications 1of2 and then I get 0x800706ba.
  6. It's in a workgroup, but I indeed forgot to specify SMSMP property, though I think I had specified at least few times in my previous failed attempts. Edited the task trying again. still got the same error: 0x80004005
  7. Hi, I was able to build and capture my win7 image following guide in this forum, but when I try to add any additional steps to the TS it fails on those steps (deploy applications or install software updates). Application deployment works fine when installing via Application Catalog, but it fails if I try to install it during the Build and Capture process. The error code is: 0x80004005 Like This Quote MultiQuote Edit
  8. Hi, I was able to build and capture my win7 image following this article, but when I try to add any additional steps to the TS it fails on those steps (deploy applications or install software updates). My deployed software works fine for installing via Application Catalog, but it fails if I try to install it during the Build and Capture process. Are there any special requirements for deploying applications during build and capture?
