OK I think I solved it at last, since it's a workgroup computer I had to define subnet boundaries and assign them to my boundaries group. edit: and I was too fast announce the good news. After creating subnet boundaries and assigning them to my boundaries group I still get same errors. Also enabled anonymous logon on DP properties, but still same error when trying to install to workgroup computers.

I am able to ping msccm server from winPE by FQDN and by NetBios name, so I don't think network is the problem, also adding storage driver package before installing applications did not change a thing..

Application deployment works fine when installing via Application Catalog, but it fails if I try to install it during the Build and Capture process.
