    Worked for me too. I manually synchronized the Asset Intelligence Catalog and it successfully updated for the first time since I installed SCCM.

    I am having the same exact problem. Fresh SCCM installation, using the SCCM 2012 with SP1 ISO. Same error in AIUpdateSvc.log The only difference that I can see is that I am not using a proxy. My server has unrestricted, outbound access to the Internet.
