    Thanks for the reply. I have also tried to deploy that user states, it get deployed successfully. I was curious because I do not find such information in the USMT tech reference.

    I have userstates of WIn7 machines that were scanned using USMT 4 .0 tool. Can I deploy those user states using USMT 5.0 tool on Windows 8 machine?
