I got the answer, It is actually volume licensing service center. vlsc.

I guess the licenses are deployed on the Server as I know once a client was joined to the domain, then it would be automatically activated. But I don't know how to deploy the licenses on the Server.

It looks like a very tough question, nobody is able to get the solution.

BTW, I have a question regarding the windows copyright, if we deploy a captured image on to multiple computers, how do we deploy the windows licence to these client computers? I know once it joined the domain, it would be activated, but I don't know why. Thank you. Another question is which is performing better between MDT and WDS? It seems MDT is more popular.
