Install SCCM Client to New Dell Computer without OSD

I would like to be able to plug in a new Dell computer running Windows 10 Pro v1803 and install the SCCM client. Once the client is installed I can go to town with targeted task sequences. I have imported the computer to the SCCM database using the MAC address but I cannot get the client to install. My web searching has not turned up a workable solution that doesn't involve PXE booting the computer and running an OSD Task Sequence. Can someone point me in the right direction please? Thank you
