OSD Failing at the Client installation

Hello, I'm having an issue in my System Center 2012 R2 OS deployment where it fails when it gets to the point of installing the client. In the CCMLOG, I get this error: "HTTPS Communication protocol must be enabled when client is internet enabled". I don't have internet client nor https enabled in my environment (MP nor DP) and not planning to enable it. I'm curious why the client is trying to use https? Help! Thanks!
