We are using SCCM Current Branch.
ITSM Tool - BMC Remedy
Dont have - SCSM and Orchestrator
Is there any way of integrating Application catalog to Remedy? Currently Users are requesting Software via Remedy SRM.
If we use Application Catalog, the current system will be broken.
We dont want to tell the Users that for free apps they need to check Application Catalog and for Approval related apps they need to log a Remedy incident as the Application catalog will not send any email alert or raise a request in Remedy.
Please suggest.
