  1. I tried like in the link. I uploaded the drivers succesfully. when I started the deploy VM, I got this error: error code 0xc000035a problems with vmci. I first used the windows 2008 vmware drivers, and then tried the win7x32 drivers. I got the same result. my deployment vm is supposed to be a win7x32. windows 7 doesn't have the vmxnet driver folder, just vmxnet3 and pvscsi
  2. I'm having difficulties finding my VMWare NIC drivers? Anyone have an idea?
  3. It's VMWare I'm using I'm gonna check this out
  4. I don't really understand what you mean. Can you elaborate? All the computers are VM's.
  5. I added it to the collection like in anywebs example. That worked. I got to boot from network with f12. There appears: loading files ... and then an a blank sccm screen and then it reboots. This happens agan and again. Is there something i missed? Did my capturing somehow fail? I think it may load a wrong wim file. During the loading a path of some wim-file appears, and it wasn't the one I made from the capture
  6. yes, there is nothing in the collection. The device is a new VM with no windows installed yet. I imported the computer (mac-address) in devices and added it to the collection. When I open the collection it is empty!?
  7. HI, I've captured a win7x32 computer with SCCM 2012. I've used this as guideline: http://www.windows-noob.com/forums/index.php?/topic/5070-how-can-i-capture-an-image-using-capture-media-in-configmgr-2012/ http://prajwaldesai.com/capture-windows-7-using-sccm-2012-r2/ and then I tried a deploy it: http://prajwaldesai.com/deploying-windows-7-using-sccm-2012-r2/ I filled in the mac-address of the VM and configured the bios to boot from network. But I always get this error. <a href="http://nl.tinypic.com?ref=za6tt" target="_blank"><img src="http://i58.tinypic.com/za6tt.png" border="0" alt="Image and video hosting by TinyPic"></a> strange that there appears x64 because it's a x32 vm and an x32 capture I've installed cmtrace and this is what is in SMSPXE.log Client lookup reply: <ClientIDReply><Identification Unknown="0" ItemKey="16777225" ServerName=""><Machine><ClientID/><NetbiosName/></Machine></Identification></ClientIDReply> SMSPXE 7/04/2014 16:04:13 2680 (0x0A78) 00:50:56:26:8E:7B, 60C54D56-AD9E-578D-2BCC-3A5620F88C11: device is in the database. 9. Hallo, Today I installed SCOM 2012 on my VM. The installation finally succeeded, so the next step was installing the agent on servers. So I started the Discovery Wizard. 11. Hi, I've tried again. This time with a new VM with windows 2012R2 with Sql server 2012Sp1. I've gotten further this time. Everything goes right until I get to a window "Configure Operations Manager accounts". I have to enter accounts for: -Management server action account -Data reader account -data writer account I've made a windows account scomadmin and it has rights to the sql server. I entered this account in this window. setup refuses them. I get: setup detected that the action account specified is a domain administrator account. For security reasons, this not recommended. See the operations manager deployment documentation for more information. After that I get: One or more accounts provided could not be validated. Please provide valid user names and passwords. I tried the network administrator account and get the same error. Also: do I have to change something about port 1433?
  12. Thanks, I will try again on a win 2012 server met sql server 2012 when I have the time

  18. Hello, Everytime I start the configuration manager console after waiting some minutes I get the following error: Configuration manager cannot connect to the site (configmgr1.eindwerk.local). The Configuration Manager console cannot connect to the Configuration Manager site database. Verify the following: • This computer has network connectivity to the SMS Provider computer. • Your user account has Remote Activation permission on the Configuration Manager site server and the SMS Provider computer. • The Configuration Manager console version is supported by the site server. • You are assigned to at least one role-based administration security role. • You have the following WMI permissions to the Root\SMS and Root\SMS\site_<site code> namespaces: Execute Methods, Provider Write, Enable Account, and Remote Enable. back some week ago I installed SCCM and it worked. I could install the agent on clients, install software on the client through SCCM,... Then yesterday I was trying to capture a OS. I lookup up how to do that and apparently Windows Deployment Services was necessary, so in server manager I installed it. Today I try to continue. I open the console and I get the error mentionned above. I run C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\tools\ConsoleSetup\AdminCOnsole.msi and choose repair, it still doesn't work. I uninstall the windows deployment service, it still doesn't work. I install the console on a windows client, it doesn't work. specs: windows 2008 server r2 VM sccm 2012R2 AD domain level windows 2008R2. note: In server manager: WSUS has a red cross next to it. I can't open it. services installed on VM: file services, IIS, WDS, WSUS Can anyone help me?
