  11. Anyone ? An idea where to turn my attention to ? What log file in the server would tell me if data is being sent or not ?
  12. This print was done in the lab... also.. i am using the console for reports just for testing.. the software is not yet available to anyone else but me, thats why i am using the console. has you can see.. in the lab.. because i run the runmetersumm.exe i have the month and the year available for selection. Thats what i am not getting in the production. I dont want to run the runmetersumm.exe in production because, before i go full scale i want to make sure the system is ruining without me having to run runmetersumm.exe to get data.
  13. yes i did run and the mtgmgr.log shows that he matches processes with the rules. Example.. i am running a notepad rule to see if it triggers... and he does. for the Corel rule i created.. i cant see anything in the logs... because the logs only go so far back in time... i am trying to run, in the software metering reports, any of them .. and i dont get data.. see the print.
  14. from my understanding the client is logging the information.. the problem is , i think for some reason she is not being sumarized or sent to the server... because when i go create a report on software metering reports... the filders that i should select the Month and Year.. are empty .. in the lab i have them because i executed the utility to for the sumarization.
  15.
