Hi,
I did everything you outlined in the article. Everything works: SCCM picked up the computer. I approved and it even installed the Endpoint protection as we have it set up.
I can do a remote control, a remote desktop client BUT I cannot get remote assistance to work. It gives me an error message like: Your offer to help could not be sent. check the following ....etc etc.
You have any idea what I missed?
