steps:
1. setting the following registry value to True
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\CCM\CcmEval\NotifyOnly
2.REMOVE ROLE MANAGMENT POINT
3.REBOOT
4. INSTALL ROLE mp
and everything work again...
no 500 error,
pxe ok
client status ok, in console!
