  3. Hi , My Scenario, I have captured image of Dell latitude E5400. For project requirement We need to create standalone boot media such as DVD . I have Configured custom TS with following settings, - Restart in Windows PE. - Partition Disk. - Disk number :0 - Disk type : Standard(MBR) - Volume : System Primary:20480 MB fixed size. NTFS file system - Apply Operating system image...<Image> - Apply Windows Setting. - Apply Networking setting : WORKGROUP Created a task sequence media to configure Stand Alone boot (CD/DVD) media. Problem..!! Whenever I am going to install image from CD/DVD. It complete format the HD & creates a single drive of 20GB.so if data exist on other drive goes to complete loss What I want..?? So I want to configure TS such that , TS must be prompt for configure partitions though they exists or not....Please guide me or if you related documents please provide me... Thanks.
  4. Hello Everyone, Currently I am using standalone WDS server for OS deployment in mixed mode & want to migrate SCCM-OSD. I passed through the some documents about SCCM-OSD but still I have some doubts about the same..as , 1. Would SCCM-OSD (PXE Environment) feature gives us option to choose image(s) like in WDS...? (As my experience with WDS , it gives me list of all images available in console....also in disk & partition wizard it shows me all existing partition(s) .....will SCCM offer similar for me.....?? 2. Can I import existing WDS images into ConfigMgr_07...? 3. Consider SCCM/WDS & DHCP server are separately hosted. do I need to configure "Boot server host name" & boot file name on scope option of DHCP server ( DHCP Option 66 & 67 ) as well IP helper addresses in switch/router as I have in existing environment. Thanks in advance.
