I'm also having the same issue with a HP t630 thin client using Windows 10 LTSB. I would like to be able to use the quarterly released HP image (ibr file), customize, capture and deploy it to all thin client machines. The capture process seems to work OK (after disabling the UWF) but the deployment fails at the step Cacophony describes. I've followed steps in HP documentation found on http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04920485 but this doesn't help. I've also tried using MBR and GPT with BIOS and UEFI modes. Still no luck.
