how can I configure the hard disc using Windows SIM

Ok. How do I edit existing partitions? I have Drive 0 with Partition 1 and 2 I would like to keep partition 1 and delete 2. Then create a system partition "2" that is 200mb and create a boot partition "3" that will expand to fill up the rest of drive 0.
