You are right! It seems that MS has fixed the watermark problem! The last instance of ":Error InternalError during download, watermark returned" that I see is on Feb 02 2013!

That`s the response what I have got from Microsoft today! I will keep you informed!

The MS support technician has escalated the problem to a higher level! He promised that the problem will be fixed until next week ;-) Please be patient!

I have initiated a support incident through Microsoft Support! I will let you know their solution steps!
