Hi, Is it possible to add known computer to collection automatically during boot image phase/or before task sequence? I would like create multiple task sequences (purpose:available), advertise those to one collection and i dont want to add computers manually to OS-collection via sccm console.We have sccm 2012.

Hi, Just want to be sure.. so if i create optional task sequence advertisement and i advertise it to unknown computers collection there is no way that known/existings computers are getting re-imaged? I dont have pxe, i only use boot media.

I runned MP Troubleshooter (pre-installation) and it passed. Also event viewer looks ok, except those mp install errors. I also tried your next suggestion and metabase.xml seems to be ok. Hi, I'm having problems with management point installation. Im getting error "Error 25006. Setup was unable to create the Internet virtual directory CCM_Incoming The error code is 80020009" (from mpMSI.log). I have tried to reinstall iis, reinstall mp->no help. Bits and webdav is enabled. I have googled but havent find the answer, could someone help? My setup: -server 2003 -sccm 2007 r2 -iis 6 SCCM is just installed to this server.
