  1. AFAIK UEFI PXE boot is not supported yet regardless what bootstrap is used. Maybe someone can suggest otherwise.
  2. A nice solution we use at work is before syspreping the image is we put a startup runonce registry key that runs an exe on the server. After the sysprep completes it runs the script once. There are some tools that can install drivers. -DriverForge (latest v4.5.4) - can use specified extracted drivers or driverpacks, can be automated or manual -INFSniff & DeviceInstall - requires you compile it and download driverpacks manually - 100% automated Let me know how you get on
  3. Do you mean, can we install windows xp from an iso file using pxelinux? If so, yes but you need to use memdisk in conjunction with winvblock driver, you need to understand that booting an iso file in PXE loads the iso into RAM, which you need memdisk to do. You also need a Windows Driver, winvblock, to read the iso in memory. The best way is to create a winvblock floppy image (.ima) and use F6 to install the driver (in windows setup). Then install. On the second reboot you need to boot from harddisk and not iso, but you need to mount the iso the same.
