AFAIK UEFI PXE boot is not supported yet regardless what bootstrap is used. Maybe someone can suggest otherwise.

A nice solution we use at work is before syspreping the image is we put a startup runonce registry key that runs an exe on the server. After the sysprep completes it runs the script once. If so, yes but you need to use memdisk in conjunction with winvblock driver, you need to understand that booting an iso file in PXE loads the iso into RAM, which you need memdisk to do.
