Hello Admin, I'm new for this SCCM and just got this job to perform installation of SCCM and we are going to upgrade SMS server to SCCM 2007 SP2/R3 servers and right now we wants side-by-side upgrade plan so that's why we can not interrupt current SMS server working and once new SCCM installed on new server and all sites, clients transfer/replicate to new SCCM we want to make sure first whether new SCCM working good. So, I'm right now installing new copy of SCCM 2007 SP2 on one 64-bit virtual machine remotely but I have error when I'm specify the alternate path for setup to store or access updated components. Error is: Component manifest was not found or it was invalid Also I checked ConfigMgrSetup file but it has last lines like <02-10-2012 14:57:30> External files directory is C:\SCCM2007R3SP2DVD\downloads <02-10-2012 14:57:30> Extracted file C:\Users\ypatel.HAP\AppData\Local\Temp\2\ConfigMgr.Manifest.xml So can you tell me how can I resolve this problem..! Also, can you give me some reference links related to upgrade from SMS 2003 top SCCM 2007 SP2/R3 base on side by side upgrade plan please..! I'm sure, I'll have some solution from you.
