Custom HTA, list Task Sequence by criteria/query

I have a scenario that I don't know if it is possible to do:

 

I have several departments that use specific department task sequences (don't ask). I want to be able to deploy several department task sequences to "unknown computers" but I don't want everybody being able to see them. So is it possible to make some kind of Custom HTA that queries something like default gateay/password or some other criteria and then ONLY list the predefined Task Sequence for that department?

you could use hidden task sequences and make the deployment id available to specific areas, much like I do with devel mode as explained here.
